PLEASE STAY IN YOUR UNIT & AVOID MAKING TOO MUCH NOISE DURING THE CHANGE OF YEAR INTO 2021

Dear Tenants
at the Taman Rasuna Apartments

Due to the holiday period and New Year's eve 2021, to maintain security and convenience of occupants of Taman Rasuna Apartment (ATR), we urge all tenants to stay in their unit during the change of year . You are PROHIBITED to carry out activities that potentially cause too much noise and interfere with the convenience of others and security in the ATR environment, such as:

Causing too much noise (burning firecrackers, turning on audio/music loudly, etc.)
Take on activities that cause a risk to the safety of Buildings ie light a fire, smoke, etc.
Activities that disturb the peace and quiet of other tenants both in their own unit and in common areas.

For tenants who carry out the above activities and potentially violate the above mentioned, sanctions will be enforced in accordance with applicable rules.
