PODIUM TAMAN RASUNA APARTMENTS OPENED WITH RESTRICTIONS

We’re now facing PSBB Transition time and the Building Management will allow access to the Podium as of Saturday June 13, 2020 with the following restrictions :

1. Access to the Podium is scheduled to open everyday :
    a. 6.30am - 9.30am
    b. 3pm - 6pm

2. Area on the Podium which can be used is the Jogging Track.

3. Swimming pool, futsal, basketball and tennis courts, gym Health Club and other areas are still closed.

4. Residents must follow Covid-19 health protocols when on the Podium such as wearing face masks, keep a physical distancing of at least 1.5 meters and not leaving your unit when feeling unwell. 

5. Following P3SRS-ATR decree, penalty payments will be imposed for not wearing masks when in the Podium area which is a common area. For your information, Building Management have increased the number of CCTV cameras on the Podium to make sure all Residents follow the prescribed protocols. 

6. The Building Management has provided three hand basins located in various locations on the podium for you to wash your hands in the area of Tower 1, areas of Tower of 8-9 and areas of Tower 15-17.

7. The most vulnerable Covid-19 groups are children aged 0 - 9 years, pregnant women, the Elderly aged over 60, those who have a history of lung disease, heart problems, diabetes and cancer.
