WORK PERMIT FOR RENOVATIONS (SIKA-R) WITH RESTRICTION

While adapting to the transition of PSBB, Building Management of Taman Rasuna Apartments will allow renovations in units and thus issue a Work Permit (SIKA) with the following conditions:

1. Residents must file plans of renovation work to the Building Management for approval.

2. Residents who are allowed to do renovations must:
a. Comply with the regulations of renovation work which is applicable.
b. Provide a list of all workers as well as copies of identity cards and the results of their COVID-19 Swab Tests (for each worker).
c. Period of validity of the COVID-19 SWAB TEST is 14 (fourteen) days from the date it’s issued by the Hospital/health center/Clinic.
d. If the validity of the SWAB Test has expired and the renovation work has not been completed, the worker must provide results of a new SWAB TEST which must be valid for a further fourteen (14) days.

3. Times for working on renovation:
- Working days Monday - Friday
- 9am - 3pm
