TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF TAMAN RASUNA APARTMENTS MANAGEMENT OFFICE WILL BE EXTENDED UNTIL SEPTEMBER, 21 2020

Due to the current situation which has not been conducive and close contact tracing which found an increased number of employees infected with Covid-19, the closure of the office of the Management of Taman Rasuna Apartments for face-to-face services will be extended until September, 21 2020 in an effort to break the chain of transmission of Covid-19.

The podium facilities remain open only in the morning from 6.30am - 9.30am.

All employees will  Work From Home except for picket engineering, Safety, Security and Cleaning officers.
We continue to provide on line services to our Residents as follows: 

1. WA Tenant Relations on

for 24 hour complaints and special need requests. 

2. Billing & Collection on

for services related to bills -
8am to 5pm during working days.

3. Electricity on WA:
0811 9100 606
available 24 hour for the purchase of electricity vouchers.

We appeal to all Residents to stay at home unless in urgently  needed circumstances. 

If you have to leave the house, please follow the 3M protocol: wear a mask, keep your distance and always wash your hands diligently.
