In order to ascertain the smooth operation of Taman Rasuna Apartments building maintenance and environmental management, we urge owners / residents who are in arrear of payment  to immediately settle all outstanding accounts. 

Commencing October 1, 2020, owners / residents names and unit will be announced publicly on the wall magazine and Taman Rasuna Apartment website if:
1.    Owners / residents  have not paid debts for more than 3 (three) months; or
2.    Arrears have reached IDR 3,000,000.00 (Three Million Rupiahs).
