MASS SWAB TEST IN TAMAN RASUNA APARTMENT NOVEMBER 18, 2020

In order to maintain awareness of the spread of Covid-19 and the health and safety of all residents, P3SRS-ATR together with RW 10 Menteng Atas Village, Setiabudi District and the COVID-19 Team in the Taman Rasuna Apartment, we will carry out SWAB PCR TEST to 100 (one hundred) residents of Taman Rasuna Apartment at:

Day/Date             : Wednesday, November 18, 2020
Time                      : 9am – Midday
Location               : The grass field adjacent to Tower 6

To support this activity, the Building Management will take 100 registrations from residents of Taman Rasuna Apartments who wish to participate in the communal SWABs (no charge for SWABs).


The registrants must meet the following requirements:

1. Registrants meets on the criteria:

1. Eldery (Lebih dari 60 tahun)
2. Pregnant
3. Occupants with concomitant diseases are Diabetes Mellitus (diabetes), Hypertension, Heart Disease

 

2. Applicants must reside either at Taman Rasuna Apartments and ASTON Rasuna must be listed on the database of Building Management as a resident (not necessarily an Identity Cardholder of Menteng Atas)

 

3. Has not participated in a SWAB examination before

The above requirements are MANDATORY so that  the SWAB examination reaches the correct target groups.

The Management Building reserves the right to reject applicants who do not
meet the above-mentioned requirements.

To avoid long queues, the Registration of the SWAB is done through WA Registration Services 0812 1308 1113 with the following format:

The personal data applicants shall be kept confidential


The SWAB TEST service will not be conducted on those who do not register through the WA Registration Service.

Registrants must show their original ID card when being swabbed

The Result of SWABs will be passed on to participants directly
