ACCESS CARDS FOR RESIDENTS OF TOWER 11 TO BE REACTIVATED

In an effort to improve  safety, order and comfort of Residents, the Building Management will re-activate access cards of Residents in Tower 11 on :

July 20 – August 3 2020
Monday – Friday (4pm – 8pm)
Saturday (9am – 2pm)
Location for re-activication: Terrace, Lobby Tower 11

Residents can have their access cards re-activated with the following conditions:

1.    Occupants have been registered in the data system as residents of Taman Rasuna Apartments.

2.    If residents of Tower 11 are found not registered in the data system at Building Management, they can  register at the counter  on the Terrace of the Tower 11.

3.    Residents must show their identity card when activating their access card.

4.    For Occupants of other towers who have friends/relatives or holders of access cards to Tower 11 , they too can reactivate their access card.

5.    Re-activation of access cards also, at the same time, re-register occupants of tower 11. 

6.    Re-activation will also be conducted at other Towers in Taman Rasuna Apartments. Schedules will be announced later.

If occupants have not re-activated their access card by the due date, activation can be done at the Building Management Office on working days from 8.30am - 2pm.
