According to Regulations issued by the Governor of Greater Jakarta – DKI – to increase prevention and management of Covid-19 with Large-Scale Social Restriction or PSBB:

Building Management of Taman Rasuna Apartment will limit the use of elevators by activating only one passenger lift and a service lift.
