BUILDING MANAGEMENT TO RE-OPEN FACE TO FACE SERVICE

Taman Rasuna Apartments

Building management is transitioning from PSBB towards the operation of full services. During this transitional period Building Management will provide Face to Face Service effective from Wednesday, June 10, 2020 with the following schedule:

Working days: Monday – Friday
8.30am – 2pm

To avoid long queues and provide the  best service, this Face to Face Service is only available to Residents who have registered at least 1 day in advance through Face-to-face registration WA on 0812 1308 1113.

Residents can register online in working days Monday to Friday at 8.30am - 3pm.

Only for today, June 9, 2020, registration will open until 6 PM.

No Face-to-Face Service will be provided for those who do not register at least one day before.

To reduce the risk of transmission of Covid-19 please note:
  1. For complaints and specific requests please contact Tenant Relation’s WA directly on 0812 9860 0896.
  2. The cashier only handles non-cash payments.

Therefore we ask that:
  1. Invoices continued to be paid through Virtual Account.
  2. Purchase electricity through whatsapp 0811 9100 606.
