THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF DKI JAKARTA WILL PROVIDE COMMUNAL SWABS AT TAMAN RASUNA APARTMENTS

The communal SWABS at Taman Rasuna Apartments is not because there are Residents Of Taman Rasuna Apartments who tested positive with COVID but is a surveillance program from the Provincial Government of DKI JAKARTA.

Re  Letter of Notification to Implement communal Swabs by the DKI Jakarta Health Agency, District Health Center Setiabudi To P3SRS Taman Rasuna Apartments, for 100 residents of RW 10 Kelurahan Menteng Atas (Taman Rasuna Apartments) on:

Day/Date: Tuesday, June 16, 2020
Time: 8am – 1pm
Location: The grass field adjacent to Tower 6

To support this activity, the Building Management will take 100 registrations from residents of Taman Rasuna Apartments who wish to participate in the communal SWABs (no charge for SWABs).

The registrants must meet the following requirements:
1. Registrant meets one of the criteria:
    a. Elderly (60+ years)
    b. Pregnant
    c. Occupants with concomitant diseases ie Diabetes Mellitus (diabetes), Hypertension, Heart Disease.
2. Applicants must reside either at Taman Rasuna Apartments and must be listed on the database of Building       
    Management as a resident (not necessarily an Identity Cardholder of Menteng Atas) or ASTON Rasuna.
3. Has not participated in a SWAB examination before.

The requirements mentioned above are ABSOLUTE for the SWAB examination to focus on the correct target groups.

The Management Building reserves the right to reject applicants who do not meet the above-mentioned requirements.

To avoid long queues, the Registration of the SWAB is done through WA Registration Services 0812 1308 1113 with the following format:

The personal data of applicants shall be kept confidential.

The SWAB service will not be conducted on those who do not register through the WA Registration Service.

Registrants must show their original ID card when being swabbed.
