TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF THE BUILDING MANAGEMENT OFFICE

Because a Building Management employee has been confirmed positive for Covid-19, for the health and safety of the residents of the Taman Rasuna Apartments, the Building Management office will temporarily close face-to-face services from 21-27 June 2021.

Currently, the employee carrying out the isolation protocol and a swab test has been scheduled for close contacts.

All Employee will Work From Home except for engineering, safety, post check officers, security and cleaning service employees.

During the closure of the Building Management Office, we still provide online services to residents to through :

1. WA Tenant Relation : 0812 9860 0896 for complaints and requests 24 hours

2. Billing & Collection : 0811 1604 422 for billing services during working hours 8 am to 5 pm

3. WA electricity : 0811 9100 606 for electricity purchase service 24 hours

We urge all residents to stay home if there are no urgent needs.

If you have to leave the unit, be disciplined and follow the 3M protocol : wear a mask, keep your distance and wash your hands regularly.
